ACADEMIC CONFERENCE OF STUDENTS ON THE TOPIC “TOPICAL ISSUES OF PHARMACEUTICAL AND NATURAL SCIENCES” IN IRKUTSK, RUSSIA

        As part of the cooperation agreement between MNUMS and the Medical University of Irkutsk, Russia, from April 19 to 26, 2024, B. Bolor and T. Shinetsetseg, teachers of the School of Pharmacy of MNUMS, 6 students of the 4th course of pharmacy , 4 students of the 3rd course of pharmacy technician visited the Medical University of Irkutsk, Russia. 10 students from the School of Pharmacy of Irkutsk, Russia participated in the student research conference on "Topical Issues of Pharmaceutical and Natural Sciences"

"A STUDY EVALUATING PRESCRIPTION ENTRY IN SOME PUBLIC SERVICE PHARMACIES IN ULAANBAATAR" by M. Serikgul, student of pharmacy 404 /2nd grade/

"APPROACHES TO ANTIMICROBIAL THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE IN THE TERTIARY HOSPITAL" by G. Haliun, a student of Pharmacy 406,/3rd degree/

"GENERAL HEALTH INDICATORS OF PHARMACY TECHNICIAN STUDENT" E. Nyamtsetseg, a student of the 301st pharmacy technician /1st degree/, successfully discussed the presentations.

Also, M. Serikgul, a student of Pharmacy 404, participated in the "Biological Building of ISMU" Olympiad organized by the school and won the first place in the team. In addition to successfully participating in academic conferences and Olympiads, the teachers and students of our school got to know the Department of Pharmacy of Irkutsk State University, attended lectures on Pharmacy, visited the Anatomy Museum, the Department of Medicinal Botany and Pharmaceutical Technology of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Department of Pharmaceutical Economics and Management, got acquainted with the activities of the competence center and the state pharmacy.

The Rector General Shcherbatykh A.V., the Dean of Foreign Students Krupskaya T.S., and the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Privalova E.G. met with the teachers and students of the School of Pharmacy of MNUMS and discussed the expansion of cooperation. The possibility of studying at  Medical University of Irkutsk, Russia was presented. J. Enkhjargal and D. Chuluunbaatar, Consul General from Mongolia in Irkutsk, Russia, received the teachers and students of the School of Pharmacy of MNUMS. Together with the students, the teacher participated in a tour to introduce the city's museums, historical monuments and natural beauty spots, and watched a concert of the Philharmonic Orchestra.
