REPRESENTATION OF MNUMS SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATED IN THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF MEDICINE

In the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, which was held in Nanjing, China on May 16-18, 2024, the Vice-President for Education, MD- member of the Academy, Academician, Doctor of Medicine, Professor G. Batbaatar, Head of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Management of the School of Pharmacy, PhD, Associate Professor S. Munkhbat, M.Sc B. Ankhtuya, M.Sc B. Myagmarsuren successfully participated. At the meeting, Professor G. Batbaatar was invited as a guest speaker and presented a speech on the topic "The Historical Journey of Pharmacist Training at MNUMS, Mongolia".

This conference was organized within the framework of 3 sub-themes: "Development of international pharmaceutical innovation", "Innovation and development of traditional and natural medicines", "Unification of pharmaceutical production, education and academic cooperation". More than 180 representatives of research institutions participated and discussed 63 presentations. MNUMS has signed a cooperation agreement with China University of Pharmacy since 2011, and 8 graduates of the School of Pharmacy have successfully defended their master's and doctorate degrees with 100% scholarship from the Chinese government.
